Weather links

Posted: February 7th, 2011

If you live somewhere around the San Fransico Bay Area, these weather links may be helpful to you. They are to me!

Satellite Images and Models

Clear Sky Charts

NOA Weather Forecast

When a star party approaches, I make sure the weather's going to be good, before taking the hike! Here's a bunch of weather links for the start parties I usually attend...

Lake San Antonio (Calstar)

GSSP (Golden State Star Party)

CNSP (Central Nevada Star party)

We don't want these to happen, but...
Unfortunately, sometime, they do happen, and while clear skies is often the least of concerns for everybody, it's not a bad thing to be informed...

Sunnyvale weather
Very local stuff is sometimes important, for me at least.

thanks for these links.

for me, there's one more that's important: the weather-underground driven sfgate fog forecast... looks a little goofy right now but in the summer it's pretty accurate.
