The story

What is causing that strange effect in the sky on this image taken at Kauai’s Lumahai Beach? I’ll tell you what’s in the horizon… The Pacific Ocean. No land of any kind for thousands of miles until you hit Alaska. At first, and since the lights didn’t seem that noticeable naked eye, you could only see the dark clouds touching ground (sea, actually) and these felt like some strange atmospheric phenomena. But the photo reveals perfect straight lines and clearly a light source being the cause of the “phenomena”. Care to guess? Gotta be “something that floats”. On another count, Lumahai beach is the quintessential Kauai’s beach. Paradise-like during the day, astonishing magical at night.

Metal prints are a modern and visually striking way to display photographs. The printing process involves infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, resulting in vibrant and durable prints with a unique, high-gloss finish. Metal prints are always shipped ready to hang.
