If you ordered the printed copy, please, allow up to 7 days for your book to be shipped out. When this happens, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you ordered the digital copy, also please allow about 5 business days to receive the email with the download links. This is because each digital book is personalized and custom-made, it’s not an automatic process where the downloads are readily available.

Also, if you don’t receive our message after a few days, please check your spam folder before writing to us. Some major providers like GMail and Hotmail are systematically putting our email notifications on people’s spam folders on a regular basis for no good reason, which results in a lot of complaints, and our responses sometimes also end up in people’s spam folder.
