The story

Who said deep-sky photography and night panoramas at idyllic places can’t go together? After setting up my telescopes at places such as Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Glacier Point, Yosemite Valley, White Mountains and many more “exotic” places, the night I spent at Red Lake in the Carson Range of California’s Sierra Nevada felt distinctively unique. Maybe because I “discovered” it just a couple of weeks earlier, or the feeling of setting right by an alpine lake, or the tranquility… Having my daughter with me was also a plus. Captured moments after I started packing up, during bronze hour as the Moon was rising opposite of this view, giving the whole scene a warm feeling. Just amazing.

Fuji Pearl paper is a super high gloss finish, archival paper. It has a better gloss than glossy photo paper, thicker paper and it contains pigments and other materials that give purer whites and sharper, better defined highlights. We ship our prints flat, not rolled, regardless of the size.

Metal prints are a modern and visually striking way to display photographs. The printing process involves infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, resulting in vibrant and durable prints with a unique, high-gloss finish. Metal prints are always shipped ready to hang.
