All PixInsight bundles

One repository for any or all Deep Sky Colors processes

Note: If you already have DSCHub installed in PixInsight, open it, select the bundle you want to download, select all processes, and click "Download and install". When that's done, restart PixInsight. Done.

Deep Sky Colors processes are all installed from inside PixInsight, starting with its own repository system: you only add one repository address, and PixInsight installs the DSCHub process the usual way. From there you use DSCHub to install only the processes you're interested in, and you're told about updates only for those. This is the repository URL you need to add:

( RESOURCES menu > Updates > Manage Repositories > Add )

• With the URL in place, we do RESOURCES > Updates > Check for Updates. DSC Hub appears as a candidate for installation, already selected, and we click Apply. PixInsight installs it when we restart.

• After the restart, if you already had some DeepSkyColor processes installed and some are not the latest version, you may see a notification open in PixInsight alerting you about possible updates: follow the prompts. Otherwise, do PROCESS > DeepSkyColors > DSCHub opens the Deep Sky Colors catalog: every process, with its version, what it does, and what is new in its latest release.

• We select the bundle we're interested in, select all the processes in the list, and click Download.

• When the download is done, DSCHub offers to restart PixInsight. Restart it, and all the downloaded processes will always be under PROCESS > DeepSkyColors, and possibly also in other categories.
