Got Beer?

When wandering around Death Valley, a cool beer is not only your best friend… It could save a life!! I purchased this particular bottle exactly one year before taking this shot, as I was heading to Death Valley, that’s when I came up with this concept. However, I never got to do it. Not then, not in the weeks and months thereafter. I then told myself I wouldn’t drink that bottle until I got that image, so the bottle stayed sitting in my refrigerator, patiently waiting…. Think that’s easy? Think again LOL!! Finally, a year later, I went back to DV, brought the bottle, got the shot, and the beer was finally consumed!! ⁣ Corona USA should be very proud of my resolve! The image is a focus stack composite, that is, two consecutive shots, same settings but different focus.
