The story

When you visit some Hawaiian islands, you’re a tourist. In others, a visitor. In Lanai, you become an explorer. There’s this dirt and rather bumpy road, tortured by flash floods and lack of attention on the remote western shore of Lanai… Very interesting ride. On one side of the bumpy and narrow road you have a dense and lavish tropical jungle. On the other side, flanked only by tons of coconut trees, a narrow beach that goes for miles along with you. Idyllic during the day, overwhelming at night. After several miles, suddenly, a clearing in the otherwise overgrown path reveals an old church that likely had better times. The view at night was startling, mesmerizing and gloomy at the same time.

Fuji Pearl paper is a super high gloss finish, archival paper. It has a better gloss than glossy photo paper, thicker paper and it contains pigments and other materials that give purer whites and sharper, better defined highlights. We ship our prints flat, not rolled, regardless of the size.

Metal prints are a modern and visually striking way to display photographs. The printing process involves infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, resulting in vibrant and durable prints with a unique, high-gloss finish. Metal prints are always shipped ready to hang.
